So I have been tapping into the canning world. I canned Strawberry jam, well lets clearify, in some batches strawberry syrup (but still super yummy on pancakes!) I also canned pears! I know, I know, I am becoming very daring!

WOW! You know canning was something I loved to do also and can I tell you the wonderful memories it created as the house smelled of the yummy treats being prepared and processing them. Some days we ate the goods for breakfast, lunch and dinner too. I had a batch or two of 'syrup' myself and loved it on pancakes or ice cream. Way to go!
