These first couple weeks have been finding our new "normal". We loved having Aunt Becky here from New York to help take care of all of us for the first few days, and boy do we miss her!!! I have some new help now,they can't run to the store for me, but Brock and Ethan love to help take care of Kate. Brock reading her books and Ethan grabbing diapers and wipes for mom (which seems to be at least 20 times a day), and they try to calm her down when she is crying. I wonder how long this help will keep up? They do love their baby sister! She had her first bath, which she loved and fell asleep. She sleeps a lot during the day, and not so much during the night, yeah for mom :(. But I will note that the last couple nights she has slept like a champ, and we hope she keeps it up!! Also, I might add that the new minivan has been awesome!! Yes, you heard me right, I am now a minivan mom, didn't think that would ever happen, but I love it!!! Life is definitely different now, but fun and I would not change a minute of it. Between Tyler's long hours at work and us just trying to keep up with the day to day hustle and bustle we are enjoying having our trio!!!

Going Home!!!

We were all so excited to finally go home. Ethan wanted to give hugs and Brock wanted to hold her every minute he could. Every time Kate would cry Brock would tell her that he is there to protect her. What good big brothers!!!!

She's Here!!

Kate Ploeger, born February 18, 2010, 7 lbs 14 oz, 20 1/2" long. When she finally decided it was time to come, she wasted no time, for me it was a bit too fast! We are all doing great and love having her in our family. And of course, the boys, including her daddy, can not get enough of her, they love her to pieces!
